If your Meta ads aren't converting, you're basically donating money to Meta.

I help DTC brands generate more revenue by turning what their buyers are already saying into conversion messaging that sells.

The problem

Black Friday can be the most profitable or most expensive time for your business.

Ad costs go up every Q4. More brands bid for the same buyers, so every sale costs more to get. That's adflation.

The best fix I know is more ads, and that means more of your winners, never more of your losers.

I've done three Black Fridays on the creative for a supplement brand spending $2M+ a month on ads. November was never the month we tested. We found the winning ads before it, then ran them through the sale, so we walked in with winners already picked.

Black Friday is coming soon. Need help with your Black Friday prep?

Let me help you with that.

$2k a week became $10k a week over six months.

I launched 4 winning ad ideas, then added testimonial video ads when the winners started to tire.

A drawing I made in MS Paint beat the polished discount ad.

Same warm audience, same Black Friday sale. The discount ad got 1.02%. The drawing carried one line from a customer review.

What others say about me

LinkedIn recommendation from Anuj Shukla, Creative Strategist for DTC vegan supplement brands: I had the pleasure of working with Joshua as creative strategist partners. Joshua's ability to tap into the customer's buying psychology and leverage it to create ads that convert is very impressive. Beyond that, his communication is clear and direct, making sure to cut any fluff and stay laser-focused on the mission. I would recommend Joshua if you want to seriously boost your ad conversion rates.
LinkedIn recommendation from Izzy Miles, Full-Stack Creative Strategist for beauty and skincare brands: If you want ugly ads that can outgrow your polished ads, hire Joshua.
Five-star client review for Beauty DTC Brand Briefs: Joshua really knows his stuff when it comes to creative strategy. His briefs are clear, thoughtful, and incredibly easy for a creator to follow. You can tell he's thinking beyond the script too, from the hooks and objections to the shots and different ways each concept can be tested. I'd absolutely recommend working with him.
Skool comment from Mario M: honestly, really solid work. i really liked how both ads hit specific objections instead of using generic property-investing messaging. ad 1 especially does a great job addressing real concerns like upfront costs, rental yield, and market uncertainty before introducing the masterclass. ad 2 also uses the testimonial really naturally to build credibility. overall, the messaging feels clear, specific, and really well thought out. great work bro
Skool comment from Katrina: Nice job on grasping the fears, I like that you're using Candid UGC and sales letters.
LinkedIn recommendation from Shaun Clancey, Creative Strategist for Motorcycle Brands Spending $30K+/mo on Meta Ads, who worked with Joshua on the same team: Need ads that actually get noticed? Hire Joshua. This guy knows how to paralyze thumbs as people scroll. He understands exactly what makes people click, builds lightning-fast creative, and consistently delivers killer results. Plus, he's an absolute pleasure to work with. Hire him before your competitors find him.
WhatsApp message from Elias: Yo Josh, that case study is clean. 1.02 vs 11.22% off the same audience just by leading with the customer's words instead of the product. The whole no product, no offer, no discount thing sounds wrong on paper and then the numbers just shut everyone up. Nice work man.

How I work

I use my 5 step JUICE system for turning what your buyers say into conversion messaging that sells.

The JUICE system, five steps. J, Join the conversation: go where buyers already talk. U, Uncover what they really care about: in their own words. I, Identify the angles worth testing: map every angle before a single ad is made. C, Create ads: built on what buyers actually feel. E, Expand the winners: drop the rest.

Joshua Chui standing on a painted street crossing

I've spent more than 11 years in direct response, working across affiliate marketing, copy, creative, funnels, testing and email.

That full range taught me to look at an ad as part of a bigger system.

Who are we trying to reach? What do they already care about? What does the offer give us to work with? Which angle are we betting on? And once the ad is live, what are the numbers actually telling us?

That's the perspective I bring to an account. I can dig through the customer research, find the angle, write the copy, shape the creative and follow the idea all the way through the Meta account.

I've spent enough time on different sides of direct response to know that even an ugly ad that was hand-drawn in MS Paint can outperform a polished ad that was made by a top talent graphic designer.

Your customers have already told you what to say. The job is finding it.

Next step

Show me your best ads. I'll tell you what I'd test against it.

If you are running out of fresh creative territory, let's look at the account together. I'll show you where I would start looking for the next angle.

We'll look at your creative, talk through what is working, and see if there is a fit. Or email me directly at hello@juicyconversions.com
